Shipping
Costs & Policies
| Shipping cost
depends on what you buy and where you live. We can give an
estimate of shipping when you place your order. If a bed
cannot be shipped by Tex-pack, it will have to go by common
carrier. Tex-pack is the one who will deliver the beds, but
they do not deliver in all continental states. Items will
ship either FedEx ground or UPS which ever will be less expensive
for the customer.
Most items will be
shipped within 3 to 4 weeks. If an item is returned for some
reason there will be a 5% restocking fee. If it is a custom
order it cannot be returned! (NO EXCEPTIONS) No item can be
returned without a return number from us. Once item is
received refund will be given within 30 days. We only
accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover/Novus. (Sorry
no American Express or Diners Club.) We also take checks and
money orders. |
